  • I haven’t found any reference to the lightvessel coming ashore during November 1894, however there are several references to the replacement lightvessel that came into Morecambe October 30 to be fitted out and was placed on station 22 November, ( she replaced the lightvessel that was wrecked in February 1894) during December the new lightvessel did break her moorings and was towed into fleetwood and shortly placed back on station
