Commisioning of Barrow lifeboat. One of 59 slides, (BAWMS.09985.01-59), that were used by William Clouter, the donor’s father, in presentations when he was Marketing Manager and Press Officer from 1973-1988 at the Barrow shipyard (Vickers and later known as VSEL).
