Approaching Warton Crag - A Walk around the Bay - Image 11 - from Jenny Brown's Point
“Approaching Warton Crag – A Walk around the Bay” is a series of photographs celebrating the changing moods and beauty of the view across Morecambe Bay and along the coast to Warton Crag. This photo was taken on a murky day in September 2018 from Jenny Brown’s Point, looking north-eastwards towards Warton Crag. This is the exact opposite view to Image 10, the only problem being that the low clouds have obscured the summit of the Crag. However this is not a rare occurrence and the scene has its own beauty if you look hard enough ……… well I think so anyway ! (For a brief Historical Note about the Crag see Image 01 in this series, or for more details see the Documents section).
